Unpublished Authors:
As an aspiring author you can list an electronic version of your manuscript in the Crestbooks book store at the cost of $39.50 per manuscript. By doing so, you become your own publisher, editor and author. Crestbooks immediately becomes your retail bookstore outlet. Each subscription will list a single manuscript for the duration of six months.  You will retain all legal ownership rights to your manuscript.  As your books sell, you will receive royalties at the rate of $5.00 for each book sold.  Books will sell for a flat rate of $8.00 per copy.

Well published authors on average receive $3.50 per copy after paying large upfront publishing costs.  You will receive better returns without the expense or risk right here at Crestbooks.

This process is considerably more affordable than traditional publishing methods and provides a immediate medium to expose your manuscript to a vast world of readers.  If yours is one of the many manuscripts rejected by the mainstream publishing companies each year... this is the outlet for you.
Authors retain all rights and ownership of their manuscript and can remove them from the book shelf upon written notice or e-mail.

Reading a book from Crestbooks is simple.
  1. Register your users information (this is a one time requirement)
  2.  Leisurely browse through the inventory of new authors... read the story descriptions.
  3. Click on the books you like and add them to your shopping bag.
  4. Optional: Crestbooks gives you (The reader) the capability to record your reviews of any manuscript you read. This function is designed to allow the reader to interact with the author. It also gives the author some insight as to how he or she might consider editing his work. Take advantage of this function.
Membership is free and downloads to your computer are user friendly.  All titles are in PDF format and are only $8.00 each.
